Janne Jormalainen is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. He is currently president of European Business Angel Network as well as chairman of the board in several growth companies and chairman emeritus of Finnish Business Angel Network, FiBAN. Janne made his early career in large corporate environment at Nokia. As an entrepreneur he has started several companies and made multiple successful exits. He has lived and worked in the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Iulian Stanciu is the Executive President of eMAG, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Central and Eastern Europe. With over two decades of experience in the tech and retail industries, Iulian has played a pivotal role in transforming eMAG from a local player into a regional leader, serving millions of customers across multiple countries. Under his leadership, eMAG expanded its product range, logistics capabilities, and technological innovation, driving the company's success in the digital economy.

Eva Arh is general partner at 3VC, a European venture capital fund that invests in carefully selected startups with global ambition.Eva gained her experience in several startups in finance and investor relations roles before joining Austria’s largest high-tech incubator and then becoming part of 3VC in 2017. Since then she has been on an intensive journey, from helping build a fund from the ground up to working with a multitude of category-defining companies. Adrian is a senior financial professional with over 24 years of experience in banking and financial markets. Adrian has been a CFA charter holder since 2006, and he holds the title of Doctor of Economics with a specialization in international finance. Adrian is also an associate professor at DOFIN – Doctoral School of Finance, where he lectures on subjects such as econometrics, financial markets, financial derivatives, fixed income, and risk management. Adrian has been a CFA Romania Board of Directors member and the association’s President between 2009-2011 and 2015 - 2020.

Daniel is an experienced executive with 20 years of experience with a track record in operations, outsourcing, receivables management, start-ups, business development and people management. He is an angel investor in various tech start-ups, part of Growceanu community where he is also a member of the Board of Advisors.

Val Muresan is a dedicated community advocate on a quest to find platforms that unite people to collectively shape their future. He has experience starting initiatives in various startup, corporate, civic, and administrative settings, including Movidius, Intel, Banat IT, Fundatia Comunitara, FABER, Growceanu, and Equal1. Alexandru Dobre studied history and politics at University College London and Oxford University. He started his entrepreneurial career by opening a restaurant in Cyprus and, during the pandemic, a financial education platform. He has been passionate about technical analysis and investments since his university years. Alex started his career in this field at TradeVille in the analysis department. Over two years, he led the Equity Research and Corporate Finance departments and currently serves as Deputy CEO.
